Mr. Afif Hachem

Bio

Afif Hachem is an assistant instructor at the Lebanese American University. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Arts, Sciences and Technology. He has held several positions in hospitality management, restaurant management, and in cooking and culinary arts. The meals cooked every semester at the Adnan Kassar School of Business keep Afif and his students rather busy. However, Afif finds the time to dedicate himself to a number of activities directly related to his job. He is a member of the national jury for the kitchen and production management official examinations. In addition, he represents LAU at  several culinary events, where the LAU team would win on several occasions.
