Dr. Moustafa Haj Youssef

Dr. Moustafa Haj Youssef joined LAU’s Adnan Kassar School of Business as assistant professor in the Department of Management Studies in Fall 2018. In addition to teaching, he is a management and strategy consultant, with extensive years of corporate and industry experience advising top management teams on various strategic moves such as: mergers and acquisitions, product, market and strategy development.

He earned his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Westminster, London. In addition, Dr. Haj Youssef holds an M.Sc. in International Business Management and a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Business Administration from the University of West London and University of Balamand respectively. He taught several undergraduate and postgraduate (including MBA) courses at Coventry University, University of Westminster and University of West London.

He has been a member of the Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, and European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management since 2014. He is also a teaching fellow at the Higher Education Academy in the United Kingdom.
