On March 7, 2017, L’Oréal Regional Communications Director Mohamed El Tibi presented the elements that were essential for a healthy and functional employee-manager relationship to the students of the MBA Management Theory class.

In his presentation, he advised employees to be proactive, think outside the box, lead tasks and speak their minds. He urged employees to be on the same direction with their bosses, regardless of the type of boss they had, by understanding the way the latter worked and by managing their expectations. El Tibi  also emphasized the importance of crystal clear communication for a functional and trusting relationship, and to praise their bosses when deserved, reminding the students that “bosses were human too.”
