Dr. Puzant Balozian


Puzant Balozian is an assistant professor of Information Technology Management. He received his PhD in Information Systems from Baylor University, Waco, Texas, along with a distinguished dissertation award. He also has an MBA with emphasis in information systems and a BS in Business Information Systems Management from LAU. His research focus is primarily on the impacts of organizational factors on individual user behaviors in the context of information security and privacy and addressing security policy compliance and violation.  His research appeared in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.
