AKSOB Experience

Joining a Club

Who can be a member?

Any undergraduate student can be a member of the student clubs. Student members are typically involved in a variety of campus activities, and have a working knowledge of the campus policies and procedures that relate to student clubs and organizations.

The School of Business looks for students who have good interpersonal skills, have experience in program planning and who are interested in helping student organizations. Members should be in good academic standing with a minimum 2.2 G.P.A.

What do students gain?

In addition to gaining new friends, club members develop experience in group process, leadership development and decision-making while serving a vital role on campus. The knowledge they assimilate as members will enhance their resume as well as give them practical experience they can apply in various settings in the future.
