Dr. Fadi Osseiran
Dr. Fadi Osseiran has served as CEO of BlomInvest Bank since 1994. He has also been a member of the boards of Blom Bank and BlomInvest Saudi Arabia since 2008, and Blom Egypt Securities since 2018.Over a career spanning more than four decades, Dr. Osseiran has held leadership roles across treasury, corporate planning, asset management and executive management, progressing from foreign exchange dealer to corporate planning manager, asset manager and chief executive officer.
He has contributed extensively to Lebanon’s financial and economic sectors through leadership positions with the Association of Lebanese Banks, the Lebanese Management Association, the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies, the Lebanese Economic Association and the Lebanese Brokers Association. Since 2018, he has served on the Advisory Board of the Investment Management Program at the Olayan School of Business.
Before transitioning to the banking sector, Dr. Osseiran began his career in academia, teaching economics and banking at the American University of Beirut from 1985 to 1993.
Dr. Osseiran earned his PhD in Economics from New York University in 1988. He has published several articles in the fields of economics and banking.
