With more than two decades of leadership experience across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia, Bejjani has led major business growth, digital transformation, and sustainable finance initiatives. He serves on the Atlantic Council’s International Board.

As Executive in Residence for the Executive Master of Business Administration Program at the Adnan Kassar School of Business, Bejjani brings senior executive experience into the learning environment, connecting academic frameworks with the realities of leading organizations and making consequential decisions. His engagement spans the EMBA experience, giving participants opportunities to draw on his practical insights and judgment as they develop their leadership capabilities and address complex business challenges.

Bejjani is the author of NEXT: Leading Through the New Realities, which explores leadership amid uncertainty and change. He is also an investor on Shark Tank Lebanon, where he supports emerging entrepreneurs and businesses across the region.
