Biography
Hassan Sherry is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Lebanese American University (LAU). He holds a PhD in Economics from SOAS, University of London, an MSc in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester (UoM), and a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut (AUB). His professional experience spans both academia and research-based advocacy. Before joining LAU, Hassan taught at SOAS, University of London, and worked as a Research Officer at the Arab NGO Network for Development and as a Research Assistant at the Carnegie Middle East Centre.
