Dr. Jalal K. Armache earned a Ph.D. in Leadership & Human Resource Development from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon.
Dr. Armache has served as a Human Resources Director, Deputy General Manager, and Strategy Advisor in numerous prestigious organizations both in Lebanon and the U.S. He has also worked as a senior HR, business, and policy consultant for many local and international companies across various industries, including banking, insurance, retail, education, and government. Currently,
Dr. Armache is an Associate Professor of Business, Leadership, and Management at Lebanese American University in Beirut. He joined LAU’s School of Business in 2003 and served as the Director of Executive Education and the Executive MBA program for ten years (2013-2023).
As a Lebanese American citizen and professor, Dr. Jalal is interested in diverse educational and leadership topics that transcend national boundaries. He also believes in acting locally while thinking globally, as people are citizens of one global village.
Dr. Armache has published numerous articles on leadership, human resource management, and strategic management in refereed journals. Additionally, he has served as a senior advisor for various local and international firms. Dr. Jalal Armache served as a senior editor and advisory director for leading U.S. refereed Journals. He was also a Notary Public in the state of Florida, U.S.A, and a member of the American Society for Notaries.
