With a PhD in Tourism Marketing & Management from the Lebanese University, Dr. Hajj Sleimane is an experienced practitioner and educator in Marketing. Jhana started out in the airlines sector as a sales agent for Emirates airlines, then become part of the airlines’ marketing team, while completing her MBA degree from the Lebanese American University. With a proven track record of delivering courses in digital marketing and consumer behavior, Dr. El Hajj Sleimane, has developed a comprehensive strategy to foster a dynamic learning environment, preparing students for successful careers in marketing. Jhana brings a mix of 5 years of tourism management work experience, specializing in service quality management as an ISO consultant, and 14 years of teaching as an assistant professor at different universities.
