Bio

Dr. Julian Fares is an Assistant Professor of Management at the LAU Adnan Kassar School of Business. He holds a Ph.D. in Project Management and a Masters in Project Risk Management with distinction from the University of Sydney. His main areas of research are stakeholder management, entrepreneurship, and strategic management. His research has been published in reputable refereed outlets such as European Management Journal, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, and Management Research Review. In education, he cares deeply about student engagement, transformative learning, and teaching that inspires - not only to cultivate knowledge but also to prepare students for the emergent transitions of life. Dr. Fares has provided consultancy services and worked closely with schools, communities, and industry partners, including the local government and health institutions in Sydney, Australia, airports in the MENA region, and several Lebanese and international firms.
