Dr. Lara Khabaz
Biography
Lara Khabbaz is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Marketing at AKSOB. She is a specialist in organizational development, sustainability, and entrepreneurial marketing. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Université Jean Moulin (IAE) Lyon 3 in France, a Master of Science in International Business from KEDGE Business School, a triple-accredited institution in France, and an Executive MBA from Notre Dame University – Louaize in Lebanon.
Lara served as the Director of the Marketing Office at Notre Dame University – Louaize for seven years, where she also held a part-time faculty position in the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics. Additionally, she led the Lifelong Learning Center at the same institution and actively contributed to various academic and professional development programs.
Her research interests include marketing, business development, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, with a particular focus on empowering women entrepreneurs and developing sustainable business strategies. Her work has been published in several renowned journals.
Dr. Khabbaz is affiliated with the ISEOR Research Center in Lyon, France, and actively participates in the Academy of Management (AoM) as an author and professional development trainer.
Beyond her academic endeavors, Lara is the co-founder and managing partner of INSIGHTS’ for Consultancy. She has also been the production director at KHABBAZ Production s.a.r.l., her family’s performing arts management business, since 2004.
