Dr. Walid R. Touma is an Associate Professor of Practice at the Adnan Kassar School of Business - Department of Management. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Currently, he is the Chairman of Baraka Holding, and sits on the Board of Directors of several International and Lebanese corporations.

Dr. Touma is a management and strategy consultant, with more than 28 years experience in launching, building, acquiring, and selling successful businesses and executing multimillion dollar Venture Capital backed projects in the areas of Information Technology & Services, Higher Education International Development, Pharmaceutical Industry - Manufacturing, Trade and Distribution, Financial Analysis Systems, Industrial and Residential Real Estate Development, Power Generation & Management, MEP & Lighting Contracting, Fashion Retail, and Global Manufacturing & Trade.
