
Ms. Lisa Chrabieh Beyrouthi
Lisa Chrabieh Beyrouthi is an instructor at the Institute of Hospitality & Tourism Management (IHT). She holds an MBA from the Lebanese American University (LAU) and is currently pursuing a PhD in human sciences–tourism management. With more than 25 years of experience, she specializes in leadership development, communication, conflict management and international protocol and etiquette.
She is the founder of the MENAPE Protocol & Etiquette Academy, through which she has delivered high-impact training programs across Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, empowering professionals to lead with confidence, cultural intelligence and strategic presence.
Beyrouthi has taught for more than a decade at renowned universities, contributing to undergraduate, graduate and executive education. Her academic portfolio includes courses in protocol and etiquette, leadership communication, conflict management, marketing, art of service, quality management and events management. Her pedagogy combines experiential learning with real-world application, guiding future leaders to navigate complex organizational and intercultural contexts with professionalism and precision.
Certified by the Protocol School of Washington and a holder of an executive certificate in leadership, her doctoral research focuses on sustainable guest houses in Lebanon amid the crises. Her work bridges academia, industry and community development, underscoring her belief in education as a catalyst for positive social impact.
