Bernard Abi Saab is a visionary restaurateur and the driving force behind Abi Saab Brothers, one of Lebanon’s leading multi-concept restaurant groups. With over 27 years of experience inhospitality, Mr. Saab has transformed Byblos into a culinary destination by introducing iconic concepts such as Brouhaha, Beit Nazha, Baritalia, and Blue Beachfront Bar. In 2023, he re-launched Fin Faim in Ashrafiyeh, Beirut—a tribute to his family restaurant, originally opened by his father in Byblos in 1994. He also expanded his expertise internationally, serving as a consultant in Egypt in 2021. Most recently, Mr. Saab took on an international challenge, opening FUREN in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 2024. Mr. Saab is an MBA graduate in Hospitality and Business Management; he is a certified wine master with a passion for fine wines and single malts. His dedication to innovation and excellence continues to redefine dining experiences across the region.
