Ms. Dana Amhaz
Ms. Dana Amhaz a part-time instructor at the Adnan Kassar School of Business. She is the Head of Unit- workforce management- Digital Banking & Solutions at Bank Audi SAL.
She holds an MBA from Webster University of St. Louis- Missouri and a BA/BS in Hotel Management with a minor in accounting from the Lebanese American University.
Dana has more than 20 years of experience in teaching at AACSB accredited universities, consulting and cross functional management roles at several companies like Azadea in Lebanon and the Gulf, Morgan International in Lebanon, and in various banking institutions in Lebanon and GCC. She also delivered many engagements for clients in Lebanon, Qatar, Oman, and Jordan.
She is a certified trainer in customer relationship management, sales soft skills, and managing workplace projects in terms of problem solving and decision-making in both regional and local organizations.
