With over 30 years of experience, Viviane is a seasoned management consultant, trainer, professor and administrator. She has worked with multinational companies, UN and EU agencies, and INGOs, supporting project implementation through strategic consultancy, effective training and innovative solutions. Her expertise includes strategic management, human resources, leadership, organizational development and capacity building.

A certified IFC/Business Edge–World Bank trainer, she has delivered programs across the MENA region with partners such as GIZ, the EU Regional Trust Fund Madad, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. She is the founder of Creating Value Management (CVM3), research manager at Sofres Liban, and part-time lecturer at LAU’s Adnan Kassar School of Business.

Viviane holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and certifications in ISO systems and AI for Business. Her mission is to empower individuals and organizations to adapt, grow and thrive in an evolving world.
