Mr. Charles Saliba

Mr. Charles Saliba is an accomplished organizational expert, consultant, leadership advisor, and author with more than 30 years of experience leading transformation across public and private sectors. He is the CEO of HRW Consulting House and a founding partner of the SME Platform, where he drives organizational reform, talent strategies, and leadership development initiatives. As President of the Lebanese Consultants Association (LCA), Charles has been instrumental in advancing consulting standards and promoting innovation in Lebanon’s business ecosystem.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut. Throughout his career, Charles has collaborated with leading institutions including Booz Allen Hamilton, Bank Audi, and Bank of Beirut, combining his expertise in governance, human capital, and change management to build agile, high-performing organizations. A published author of On People Governance and Leadership, and a contributor to Evidence-Based Organizational Change and Development, Charles is widely recognized for his thought leadership on the evolving dynamics of work and leadership. His influence extends across the Middle East, through consulting, public speaking, and authorship, helping organizations navigate disruption and build sustainable, people-centered growth.
