Mr. Elie Aoun

Mr. Elie Aoun is a senior consultant in Strategic Investment, Mergers-Acquisitions, Corporate and Financial Restructuring, with nearly 25 years of experience in independent business and investment consultancy to local and international institutions and corporate clients.

He has held high managerial positions and being Board member in one of the leading banks in Lebanon for over 13 years.

He is currently Chairman of an Investment Holding firm and is board member in Tamayyaz Dubai and Beirut, a management consulting company that provides tailored solutions for leading organizations and individuals across the MENA region. Tamayyaz is specialized in Corporate Governance and Human Capital building, offering solutions in leadership, customer engagement, hospitality management, career guidance and services.  He is also Chairman of Tamayyaz FZ LLC and Tamayyaz Sal.

He previously worked for Formatech Dubai, a training institute in IT and business productivity skills in partnership with Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Canadian and British Universities. 

Mr. Aoun is currently General Secretary of the board of RDCL World, the Association of Lebanese Business People in the world. 

He holds an MBA in Management & Financial Services, a BS in Computer Science and a Degree in Business Law. He also participated in several conferences, seminars and workshops as a key note speaker, lecturer and trainer and is a recipient of multiple national and organizational awards for superior leadership, performance & contribution.
