Dr. Hussein Ismail

Dr. Ismail is a faculty member at the Lebanese American University. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from the University of Manchester in UK, and a Masters Degree in Strategic Management from Nottingham University in UK. He has previously taught at universities in the UK including UMIST, and in the US in the state of California.

Dr. Ismail has several years of industrial experience locally and internationally, and has also served as a business consultant and trainer to a number of companies from various industries including airlines, media, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. He has published his research in peer-reviewed journals published by Emerald, Sage, Routledge, and Cambridge University.

He also serves as a journal reviewer for a number of journals, and has reviewed and contributed to popular human resource and organizational behavior books published by Pearson, Palgrave, and Cengage.

His research interests include HRM, organizational psychology, and strategy.
