Ms. Joëlle Massaad is an experienced HR leader with over 15 years across several industries and companies such as Unilever, Zaatar w Zeit, and Procter & Gamble. She currently leads people, culture, and capability agendas across the Levant and North Africa, shaping a culture of performance, wellbeing, and inclusion.

Passionate about placing youth at the center, Joëlle led the Employer Branding agenda in the region, positioning Unilever as one of the most recognized employers and a destination for early careers. She has also driven the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion strategy for North Africa, Levant & Iraq, spearheading progressive policies such as enhanced maternity leave and single-parents support to ensure equity at work. Known for her agile mindset and collaborative leadership, she enables teams to operate through empowered squads, accelerating innovation and impact.
