Passionate about placing youth at the center, Joëlle led the Employer Branding agenda in the region, positioning Unilever as one of the most recognized employers and a destination for early careers. She has also driven the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion strategy for North Africa, Levant & Iraq, spearheading progressive policies such as enhanced maternity leave and single-parents support to ensure equity at work.
