Ms. Marie Josee Youssef Daibes

Ms. Marie Josee Youssef Daibes is a senior human resources and organizational development leader with over 16 years of experience across the MENA region. She has held strategic roles with international NGOs, the Big Four, and leading retail organizations, driving people-centered strategies that enable business growth and cultural transformation. As People and Culture Manager at World Vision Lebanon, she serves on the Senior Leadership Team, guiding HR strategy, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

Previously, she held multiple leadership roles at KPMG Saudi Levant Cluster, where she led HR transformation initiatives, established the HR function in Lebanon, and digitalized regional learning and development programs. Marie Josee holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. She has also completed advanced human resources courses in areas such as recruitment, performance management, labor law, and organizational development.
