Mr. Mohamad Chamseddine is a People consultant, senior assessor, and executive coach with over 26 years of corporate People experience, currently serving as Chief People & Support Officer at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon SAL. He possesses extensive expertise in Strategic HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition, and has led HR teams, built HR departments, advised on restructuring, driven corporate right-sizing initiatives, and conducted HR due-diligence missions across the region in sectors including Financial Services, Retail, and Technology.

As an independent consultant, he successfully delivered projects in General HR, Organizational Development, Capability Assessment, and Coaching, and his career highlights include establishing HR functions in Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Sudan, Qatar, and KSA; leading HR due-diligence for potential acquisitions; executing right-sizing programs resulting in major efficiency gains and cost reductions; and advising and coaching senior leaders to meet organizational goals and achieve personal growth. He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
