Mr. Pierre Kairouz

As Director of Human Resources at Obegi Group, Mr. Pierre Kairouz leads the Human Resources function at the Group level. In his role, he provides support to CEOs and senior Executives and has a mission to build a highly professional HR organization and establish good governance and best practices in Human Resources. He also has an influential role in Corporate Development, Corporate Governance, Corporate Communication and in building synergies across the Group.

Before joining Obegi Group, Pierre Kairouz had gained more than 25 years of experience in Europe, the Middle East and international markets, in a wide variety of sectors, such as health and beauty care, pharmaceuticals, capital goods and consulting. He held several leading roles in reputable international organizations and family businesses with global and regional responsibilities, in marketing, business development and human resources. Mr. Kairouz was Head of Group HR for a large family business specialized in capital goods, with global responsibilities, and most recently Director of HR of a Swiss pharmaceutical biotech firm.

A Swiss and Lebanese citizen, Mr. Kairouz lived in Lebanon, Switzerland and Brazil and obtained a Master in Engineering from the Swiss Federal Polytechnic Institute of Lausanne (Ecole Polytechnique Federale) in 1986. He also obtained various certificates in leadership and marketing from the Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland.
