Dr. Silva Karkoulian

Dr. Silva Karkoulian is currently Associate Professor of Management and Director of the HR Institute at LAU’s Adnan Kassar School of Business. She has been a full time faculty member at LAU since 1993 and former Chairperson of the Department of Management for the past six and a half years.

She is a reviewer for international journals and conferences and has authored numerous research articles. Her current research interests include areas such as organizational behavior, human resource management, and knowledge management.
