Ms. Tania Habib Eid

Ms. Tania Habib Eid is a business leader and career development expert with over two decades of experience in human resources, education, and event management. She co-founded and managed Careers Middle East, a pioneering center specializing in psychometric testing, recruitment, and HR consulting for multinational and regional clients. As President and CEO of E Square, she successfully organized major national events such as FORWARD, BUSINESS, IN SHAPE, and the Lebanon HR Summit. Tania also co-founded the C.O.D. – Center for Orientation and Documentation, a unique institution in Lebanon dedicated to career counseling and the publication of specialized educational books, including “L’Étudiant”.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Tania is the first woman elected to the Board of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon, a position she has held since 2005. She is also a member of various committees within the Ministries of Finance and Economy, representing the private business sector. A Professor at Saint Joseph University, she has also taught Career Counseling. Holder of a DESS in Business Management, Tania combines academic rigor and business acumen to foster professional growth and promote career development across Lebanon and the region.
