Mr. Talal Hijazi has provided business consulting services for many renowned international firms, government institutions, industrial institutions and business associations, in Lebanon, Europe and the Gulf, particularly in his main areas of expertise: process engineering, reengineering and simplification systems and technologies, hospital management systems, change management, quality management systems, food safety and occupational health and safety standards.

As general manager for the last 7 years at ALI, one of Lebanon’s leading industrial associations, Mr. Hijazi has been successfully creating, developing, managing and delivering management services for the Lebanese industrialists based on international standards. 

Mr. Hijazi has played a role as a senior expert and team leader in EU, UNDP, USAID, IFC and other international projects.
