Cultivating Change: A Fireside Chat on Agricultural Policy and Private Sector Solutions in Lebanon

The Department of Economics at the Adnan Kassar School of Business invites you to a policy dialogue focused on the role of agriculture in Lebanon’s economic recovery.

The session will examine the current state of Lebanese agriculture and the structural constraints facing the sector. It will also address the role of the private sector where public policy alone falls short, as well as the priority reforms and practical actions needed to encourage private participation. The discussion will further consider the role of universities and research centers and what success could look like over the next five to ten years.
