LAU students shine at the “Unleash your creativity” competition

LAU team wins second place of the annual inter-university competition.

LAU won second place of the “Unleash your creativity” competition , which took place in Bernard Fattal Auditorium, Beirut, on May 4, 2017.

The event, organized by Fernand Hosri group, is an annual inter-university competition allowing Lebanese young talents to gain national and international recognition and experience. Guided by Dr. Joelle Majdalani Hachem, students taking the “Integrated marketing communication” course at LAU have been heavily invested in this project throughout the entire Spring 2017 semester. Their project involved preparing a marketing campaign for the Urmet Group brands represented by Sacotel for automation and security.

Teams from eight local universities competed, with LAU selected among the semi-finalists of the competition.

The LAU team (Rasha Massalkhi, Alaa Ayass, Mira Gharbieh and Ghiwa Razzouk) received a sum of $300 and an internship at JWC.
