The Family Business Network at the Lebanese American University (LAU) organized a presentation entitled “Toxic Behaviors in Family Businesses” on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the LAU Executive Center, in Beirut Central District. The presentation was led by Ms. Cherine Debbas, family business advisor, executive coach and founder of AGW Family Business Advisory and Mr. Arthur Lestrange, educator, dramatist and researcher in the field of applied linguistics and coaching.

The presentation covered the importance of consciously maximizing positivity and minimizing negativity to empower every member of the family business system and identify toxic behaviors that may push family businesses towards failure rather than success.
