As part of the LAU Economic Policy Talk Series, Mayor of the Municipality of Byblos Dr. Joseph Chami outlined the city’s development plans during his November 19 session at the LAU Byblos campus. Speaking on JBAIL-BYBLOS – VISION 2030, he addressed governance, urban planning and sustainable growth, drawing on his experience in public leadership and healthcare management. Dr. Chami discussed key opportunities and challenges and emphasized the role of economic reasoning in shaping effective local policies.
