Marketing Students Showcase Creative Vision in the Fashion Poster Exhibition
Twenty students enrolled in the MKT 325–Fashion Marketing course presented their final poster projects at the Fashion Poster Exhibition, held on July 16, 2025, at the Byblos campus. Now in its second year, the exhibition offered a vibrant display of creativity and strategic insight, as students developed innovative brand and line extensions for existing fashion labels.Exploring emerging market opportunities—such as sustainability, evolving consumer trends, and brand strategy—the students translated theoretical knowledge into real-world applications that demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical depth, and visual storytelling.
Preparing for the exhibition allowed students to gain insight into the demands of fashion marketing, cementing what they had learned in class.
Second-year marketing major Charbel Ibrahimy found that the process deepened his understanding of how brand extensions can resonate with consumers by aligning with their lifestyle aspirations. “It also reinforced the power of visual storytelling in conveying a brand’s essence with clarity and impact,” he added.
“The exhibition opened my eyes to the real world,” said first-year banking & finance and marketing student Marian Chahine. “I now understand how marketers apply brand and line extension strategies, which will help me in the future. It was a great experience to have an experiential project as part of a course.”
While the exhibition is part of the students’ graded coursework rather than a competition, it is a testament to their ability to synthesize marketing principles and the dynamic world of fashion.
