The AKSOB Career Office hosted an online workshop on November 17 titled Career Readiness Unplugged, featuring Joelle Massaad, head of HR for Unilever Levant and Iraq and talent manager for North Africa. The session offered candid insights into first-job expectations, personal brand fundamentals and how self-knowledge supports career clarity. Students gained practical tools to refine their career stories, strengthen their readiness for the job market and understand how continuous upskilling helps them progress confidently in today’s evolving professional landscape.
