Enhancing Career Readiness Through CV and Interview Skills
The Department of Management Studies hosted an interactive workshop at the LAU Beirut campus titled Level Up Your Job Search: The CV and Interview Power-Up. Led by L’Oréal Lebanon HR professionals Dalia Haidar, human resources business partner, and Tala Marrush, junior HR officer, the session equipped students with practical guidance on crafting strong CVs, presenting their strengths and preparing for interviews in the digital age. Participants gained clear, actionable tools to navigate today’s competitive job market.
