Hospitality and Tourism Students Brew Skills with Café Najjar
The Department of Hospitality and Tourism at the LAU Beirut campus collaborated with Café Najjar to offer students a hands-on barista workshop on October 24. During the two-hour session, students explored the full cycle of coffee preparation—from bean selection and grinding to brewing, latte art and customer presentation. The engaging workshop blended technical skill with creative expression, giving participants a real-world glimpse into specialty coffee service. It also reinforced the importance of product knowledge and presentation in the hospitality field.
