LAU Students Drive Impactful NGO Strategy for LACODE
Ivan Khalil, a sophomore economics student at LAU, led a multidisciplinary team from the LAU 180 Degrees Consulting Club to support the Lebanese Association for Coexistence and Development (LACODE). Guided by Kearney advisors, the team crafted a robust fundraising strategy, optimized LACODE’s social media outreach, and enhanced website content clarity. Their work aims to boost the NGO’s long-term sustainable impact in the Beqaa region, focusing on food security, education, employment and gender equality amid Lebanon’s ongoing crisis.
