CURRICULUM
The 9 modules
The SYMZ CAPITAL Venture Lab Ignition Program – Powered by AKSOB is delivered through nine integrated modules across 57 contact hours. Each module combines theory, practical application, and expert-led instruction to support venture development at every stage, culminating in a final investor-ready pitch and prototype.
Module 1: Introduction to Innovation and Social Innovation
Introduces core entrepreneurship concepts and guides participants in identifying and developing socially impactful solutions through human-centered design
Module 2: AI and Digital Transformation
Explores how digital tools and AI can address operational and strategic challenges, enabling participants to design technology-driven solutions
Module 3: Business Value Proposition Design
Focuses on defining the problem, identifying customer needs, and developing a clear, validated value proposition
Module 4: Competitive Landscape Analysis
Equips participants with tools to analyze competitors, assess market positioning, and identify differentiation opportunities
Module 5: Business Model Innovation
Introduces the Business Model Canvas and supports participants in structuring and validating their venture model
Module 6: Financial Planning and Projections
Covers financial modeling, cost structures, revenue streams, and funding needs to prepare ventures for investment
Module 7: Go-to-Market Strategy
Develops customer acquisition strategies, market entry plans, and positioning for launch
Module 8: Storytelling and Pitching Mastery
Builds skills in crafting compelling narratives and delivering investor-ready pitch decks
Module 9: Capstone Demo and Prototype
Culminates in a live pitch and prototype presentation evaluated by a panel of experts, with potential pathways to incubation, funding, or acceleration through LAU Engine and SYMZ CAPITAL.
