Biography
Dr. Elsa Abboud is an assistant professor of management and the Director of the Institute of Human Resources Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Paris Panthéon Assas University.
Dr. Abboud possesses professional experience in both academia and industry, bringing a unique blend of academic insight and practical expertise to her role. She teaches a range of human resources and management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, consistently linking theory to real-world practice and equipping students with a comprehensive understanding of human resources and organizational management.
