Biography
Elsa Abboud is a full-time Assistant Professor of Management at the Lebanese American University. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Paris Panthéon Assas University.
With over a decade of diverse professional experience, including three years in academia and nine years as a Regional Recruitment Manager for multinational companies, Dr. Abboud brings a blend of academic insight and industry expertise to her role. She teaches a variety of HR and Management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, drawing on her international background to provide students with a comprehensive, real-world perspective on HR and organizational management.
