Biography

Dr. Hicham El Khoury is an assistant professor of practice. He teaches courses in ITM and BDA, with a focus on analytical thinking, applied problem-solving and industry-relevant digital competencies.

Dr. El Khoury holds a PhD in computer science and telecommunications from Paul Sabatier University Toulouse III in France. He brings extensive university-level teaching experience and actively contributes to AI literacy, curriculum development and digital education transformation in Lebanon.

Alongside his academic role, he serves as an ICT and digital transformation consultant for CRDP and private sector initiatives. He has contributed to projects related to school curriculum modernization and digital learning at the national level. He is also a co-founder of Mindscape Academy, an organization specializing in coding, robotics and AI education for children and youth, supporting the development of a digitally skilled society.
