Mr. William Melki

William G. Melki is an adjunct faculty member at the Lebanese American University, where he teaches courses on Legal Ethics, Investment Funds, and Technology and Startups.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université Saint Joseph in Beirut, a degree in Private International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Boston University School of Law.

Mr. Melki is a practicing corporate lawyer, focusing on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and international real estate funds. He is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association and has experience working in local and international legal environments.

He is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
