
Ms. Manal Ghosh
Manal Ghosh is a part-time faculty member of marketing at the Adnan Kassar School of Business, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the United Kingdom (FHEA) and a senior academic leader with more than two decades of combined experience in higher education and strategic marketing. She holds an MBA with honors in marketing and advertising and a BA in management information systems, complemented by extensive professional training in digital and blended pedagogies, inclusive curriculum design, sustainable development, organizational change and strategic leadership. She has held leadership roles in digital and transnational education, where she led academic enhancement, curriculum innovation, global program development and quality assurance initiatives across international networks and digitally delivered programs.
Her academic expertise includes strategic marketing, digital marketing, leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship and international business. She has served in senior academic and program leadership positions in the UK and internationally, including head of business programs, deputy program leader (MBA), module leader, dissertation supervisor and external examiner across UK and transnational education provision. She has contributed to program design, validation, PSRB accreditation and major curriculum transformation projects, working closely with quality assurance bodies and validation panels.
Alongside her academic work, Ghosh brings extensive senior industry experience, having led marketing strategy, branding, global partnerships and large-scale public and cultural events across the Middle East and Europe. She has held executive and board-level roles, managed multicultural teams, negotiated international partnerships and delivered high-profile national and corporate initiatives. This combined academic–industry background informs her teaching, supervision and curriculum development, ensuring industry relevance and strong employability outcomes.
Her scholarly and professional interests include digital transformation in higher education, leadership and organizational change, innovation and future-ready curricula, strategic marketing and the integration of industry practice into academic learning. She is actively involved in mentoring academic staff, leading development initiatives and contributing to institutional strategy at a global level.
