Beirut Economics Research Seminar Series
The LAU Department of Economics and the AUB Department of Economics co-organize the Beirut Economics Research Seminar Series, which brings together Lebanon’s economics research community, including faculty members, researchers, students and professionals.
Held every two weeks during the fall and spring semesters, the sessions alternate between the LAU and AUB campuses and provide a forum for participants to engage directly and critically with speakers on frontier research in economics. Attendance is open to all.
The Beirut Economics Research Seminar Series is funded by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation at LAU and by the FAS Dean’s Office at AUB.
