Christian Fernaine

Christian Fernaine is a Lebanese-French hospitality and real estate advisor and managing partner of Ulysses Consulting, where he provides strategic guidance and business solutions to clients in the hospitality, tourism and real estate sectors. With more than 25 years of experience, he has led projects with governments, developers, international hotel chains, investors and financial institutions across the Middle East, Europe and the United States. His work spans mixed-use and master-planning developments, ranging from market and feasibility studies to strategic positioning and restructuring plans.

Previously, as senior manager at T&L Europraxis, he oversaw operations for the Beirut, Saudi Arabia and Dubai offices, leading large-scale development and investment assignments across multiple markets.

Fernaine studied at Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour and Notre Dame University–Louaize. He later earned a Master of Business Administration in hospitality management from the International Master in Hospitality Management (IMHI), a joint program of ESSEC Business School and Cornell University, further strengthening his expertise in international business and hospitality ventures.
