Lina Ali-Ahmad Sadek is a senior strategy and marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience across high-impact sectors including food services, media and automotive. She currently leads marketing at McDonald’s Lebanon, where she drives purpose-led initiatives and brand growth through data-driven strategy and cross-functional collaboration. She has also served as a jury member for the EFFIE Awards.

Known for her strategic thinking and leadership, Sadek has built brands and led market transformations by aligning performance with long-term vision.

Beyond the corporate sphere, she is a committed advocate for women’s economic empowerment. She co-founded the Lebanese League for Women in Business, a pioneering NGO supporting women entrepreneurs in Lebanon, and represented the country in the MEPI U.S. Entrepreneur Program in 2006.
