Micheline Housseini Timbrell

Micheline is the Founder and CEO of Phi Management Group, a leadership and transformation advisory firm with offices in London, Riyadh, and Beirut. With more than 25 years of experience across the Middle East, Europe, and the UK, she advises senior executives and multinational organizations on leadership assessment, development, and organizational transformation.

She began her career in the hospitality industry with IHG, where she led the people function across the area before transitioning into leadership advisory and organizational development.

An accredited executive coach and educator, Micheline has lectured at different universities and speaks regularly at international forums on leadership, culture, resilience, and personal growth.

She holds extensive accreditations in executive coaching and psychometric assessment, including Systemic Team Coaching (AOEC UK), BPS Level A & B, and certifications in leading psychometric instruments such as Talent Q, OPQ, Neo PI-R, and others.

Micheline is completing the Board of Directors Diploma at IMD in Lausanne, with emphasis on ESG leadership, board performance, and strategic governance.

She is based in the UK and travels frequently across the Middle East. Outside her professional world, she enjoys time with her husband, hotelier Mark Timbrell, and their two children.
