Message from the Director of the EMBA Program

Welcome to the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at the Adnan Kassar School of Business (AKSOB) at LAU.

Designed for experienced professionals, senior managers and leaders, the EMBA strengthens strategic thinking, leadership effectiveness and organizational impact in a fast-changing global business environment. The program blends academic rigor with practical relevance, preparing participants to analyze challenges, make sound decisions and lead responsibly through uncertainty and transformation.

The curriculum bridges theory and practice through applied learning, executive-level case discussions, experiential projects and engagement with real organizational challenges. Courses are delivered by highly qualified faculty with strong scholarly credentials and extensive industry and consultancy experience, ensuring learning that is current and impactful.

A defining feature of the EMBA is its emphasis on peer learning and executive networking. To meet the demand for flexibility and lifelong learning, the EMBA is complemented by Executive Certificates launching in fall 2026: Consultancy for Sustainable Development, Digital Innovation and Analytics and Leading in Finance and Technology. These certificates may be pursued as standalone credentials or combined in a modular pathway toward the EMBA, allowing executives to personalize their learning while maintaining academic depth and coherence.
