Welcome to the Lebanese American University’s Master of Science in Human Resources Management (MS HRM) program.

We are thrilled to have you embark on this exciting journey towards advanced knowledge and expertise in the field of Human Resources Management. Our program is designed to equip you with the skills and insights needed to excel in a dynamic and evolving professional landscape.

Our MS HRM program, located at the LAU Beirut Campus, is structured to provide you with a wide range of courses, from Strategic Human Resources Management to Labor Law, Ethics, and Diversity. You will also delve into topics such as Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Measurement and Management, Compensation Packages, and Job Analysis. Additionally, you will explore the critical area of Return on Investment in Human Capital and gain advanced insights into Organizational Behavior and Research Methods in HRM. You will be able to explore all these topics using state-of-the-art tools and resources. Our faculty come from academia and industry, and you will have the opportunity to learn from their extensive expertise and experience.

As part of your academic journey, you will have the opportunity to engage in practical experiences through internships and research projects. These experiences will deepen your understanding of HRM practices and provide you with real-world exposure.

A typical career path for an HR professional is: HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Director, leading to Chief HR Officer (CHRO).

For those interested in pursuing more in-depth research, our program offers a thesis/project option, allowing you to explore a topic of interest in HRM and contribute to the body of knowledge in the field. Under the supervision of our top-notch researchers, you will develop essential research skills and knowledge.
