Hospitality Management Lab

The purpose of this lab is to support the Hospitality Management program at LAU by integrating classroom instruction with extensive hands-on experience. Since LAU has established a world-class hospitality curriculum culminating with an internship experience, instruction effectiveness could not be achieved unless all hospitality management students are exposed to laboratory sessions in food production and restaurant service. In this respect, the state of the art software OPERA on hospitality reservation systems is used for instructional purposes.
