Certificate in Sustainable Development Consultancy

The discipline

Consultancy is a mode of working—diagnostic, structured, evidence-led—that increasingly defines how strategy directors, transformation leads, chiefs of staff, and sustainability officers operate inside the organization. This certificate equips executives with that mode of working and pairs it with the two frameworks: organizational change and ESG.

    Program Outcome
Graduates leave equipped to structure ambiguous problems, lead diagnostic engagements, design and sequence change initiatives, and integrate ESG considerations into strategic recommendations rather than treating them as peripheral compliance requirements.

    A note on sequencing

The three core courses are scheduled across the fall, spring, and summer terms to form the certificate’s analytical spine. Electives are taken in parallel and may be chosen to align with professional priorities—governance and legal-ethical breadth for board-directed roles, leadership and HRM for operating executives, social entrepreneurship for mission-driven ventures.
