As part of LAU Hospitality Workshops, the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Adnan Kassar School of Business hosted Samer Dahrouge, managing partner at Bardawni Trading Company, for a hands-on session on premium beef. Drawing on his extensive expertise in meat sourcing and dry-aging, Dahrouge guided students through the processes that define quality and flavor—culminating in a comparative tasting of different cuts and aging methods.
